Creating a clean and dry environment for the long haul
Donna noticed her floors were sinking, and her crawlspace was damp and musty. To resolve the issue, Guardian Foundation Repair stepped in and installed two supplemental steel beams along with seven steel floor jacks to restore her floors to their proper level.
To further protect her home, we also installed a 12-mil vapor barrier and a dehumidifier, creating a clean, dry environment in her crawlspace. Now, Donna’s home is stable, and her crawlspace is in the perfect condition for the long haul!
